    Yes, You can integrate your existing systems via API to our portal. This would give you the ability to manage and track shipments automatically using your own system.

  • -Do you deliver to remote locations?

    Yes, deliveries to remote locations such as the Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly or the Shetland Islands will generally take up to 7 working days to deliver and may incur additional surcharges.

  • -Can I upload my orders into ITD Global software using .CSV?

  • -Can ITD Global collect parcels from my office or warehouse?

    Our drivers will collect all your e-commerce packages if you are located in an area that we can collect. If you are in an area as yet not covered by our own collection vehicles, you can still send your parcels to our depots by courier or we can organise collections directly with the carrier. ITD Global are currently collecting using our own vehicles in Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, Birmingham and London areas. So long as you are sending sufficient volume of parcels (min 50-100 per day) our sales executives will be happy to quote.

  • -Can we drop off our parcels at a ITD Global depot?
